Put away 2.5-4 hours mon-thur and a few hours during the weekend to focus on studying and silence all distractions during that time. Stick with it. If you commute to work via public transportation, it’s a good time to practice MCQs

Make a study plan especially FAR/REG
Just hit multiple choices from the beginning and forget the rest. Lectures and book can be visited when you can’t understand why you got a question wrong.
Second this. Don’t even bother with the book or lecture videos unless you’re seriously struggling with the MCQs. Take them section by section until you’re consistently getting 7+ out of 10. Would suggest taking detailed notes by hand as you go through the MCQs as well but that might just be preference
Make a schedule for yourself based on when and how much you feel you can reasonably study & stick to it! I treat the schedule I made for myself like a school syllabus and it really helps me stay accountable and not get overwhelmed
Study in smaller manageable windows if you have trouble focusing for long lengths of time. For example 30 min study, then small break, then back to it. I also come up with little things to look forward to after longer sessions lol silly but the reward system kinda helps sometimes. Good luck!
