The problem is all my work has been government contracted and hasn't been published, so due to confidentiality I can't present any complete schemes or specific structures. HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise. Was interested if anyone had insight into whether a jump to their M&A or PE groups would be possible. In terms of background, I have an undergrad business degree from a T20 school and graduated a T14 law school as well.

How much weight does brand name consulting firms have on top MBA programs? For example, is it significantly better to work for MBB firms vs. big 4 vs. well known specialized boutique firms?
