I started in June and lasted 3 months with a solo attorney who’s behaviour was unacceptable, I learned that I was his 8th paralegal and soon I learned why. I demanded to be talked as a human and after another incident I quit the same day. He gave me a bad review to a recruiter in the past, and I’m interested In applying for a giant tech position which I know will be an issue. Thx

I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? FYI- Client and the project team wants to take him in as per their feedback to me and I feel i am the right person for the role too .. 9 years exp -Infra storage domain .

Today i have got mail from hr where they have sent one more mail saying they have arrange another meeting to get to know more about you and your professional experience.

In interview I will he having technical discussion and management and hr round.

So is it just hr round or they will take another interview on technical skills.

Please suggest is it normal?

How much time did hsbc will take to release offer letter after 2 rounds of technical discussion?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

In November 2021, i was working in Tcs at a package of 4.1 on Mainframes. I was not happy at all with my career. Learnt a new technology(Cloud). Gave interviews, rejected by few companies including Deloitte. Kept going..
Joined Accenture as a Cloud Engineer. In December 2022, I will be earning a package of 12. Got one certification, aiming for 2nd one. All this within a span of 12 months. These are brilliant times in tech. Keep hustling. Success will be yours.

Did an exchange program gap year after college and landed in Deloitte GPS this fall, but thinking about trying to get into MBB because I don't want to do public sector long-term. Received take home interview assignments for a startup where data is incomplete/nonsensical and I suspect this is done on purpose. I clarified with interviewer and they state to make assumptions with the dirty data. I totally understand the intent but this rubs me the wrong way. WWYD.

I joined EY gds a month ago and want to leave because the manager is not good and always confused about the work that he wants me to do. He keeps on changing his wants after every call sometimes 2-3 times in a day. This leads me to working late nights almost every day and also weekends. I am looking to exit from ey gds asap. Will it leave a bad mark on my resume? Also what can i tell recruiters about the reason of leaving job, as most recruiters dont want understand valid reasons. Plz guide.

I just accepted an M offer from Deloitte but don't start for at least another month. Haven't even had a chance to give my current employer notice. But I already have folks from Deloitte asking to connect to get me staffed on their project.

Is this typical? Best way to respond? I was hoping to have a little time to orient myself -- don't feel I even know the right questions to ask to see if the project would be a good fit.

On Wednesday I had a 30 min call to explain to me the slides I need to and the email I need to send. That was all the I did that day.
