6 months Ago i changed Job and while in Notice period like good student have not considered better offers from other companies just because I committed to recruiter and Joined new company without going for offer hunt now paying price i realised I screwed up my career by compromising on many areas i.e Job level, CTC and role...without having any choice now changing my job ( Due to my experience getting offers) but again now in notice getting better offers, do you think i should pick better offer?

When you receive a cold msg on linkedin from a headhunter, is it unreasonable to ask for the name of the company + salary before hopping on a call? They are just so generic with position names and I don't want to waste either of our time.

10 months in a new global brand side role,former agency of 15 years. Really struggling to find my footing. So i work at this company in coimbatore (india) and we have a very poor work life balance. We have a 6 day working policy and no vacation or sick leaves just 1 day casual leave a month. Advice from recruiters needed on explaining second unemployment period due to 2 layoffs in 4 years. The first time I set up a small biz which did minimal business.
