Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times. We hit quote every month/q/year by a lot. I have several offers at double my OTE. Already asked what the timeline is for a new manager and I was told soon and I'm "up for consideration." I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.

Skill 2: Semi Technical + Managerial

What you I be expecting in this third round?

Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I’m coming up empty on ideas for them to bridge the gap, but I’m also new to my compliance counsel role, so I would be overjoyed if anyone has suggestions.
