Anyone been asked to do a mock pitch/presentation as part of the interview process?Any tips or thoughts?

I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. However, the head of the dept wants to pitch me for another role that he thinks I’m a better fit for although for the previous role interview, it’s positive outcome too. I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. Does anyone know how litigation finance works on the plaintiff side? If someone wanted to bring a lawsuit against their former employer would a general contingency arrangement with a plaintiff’s firm make sense?
