Like a letter proving your appointment dates and times or proof you have them scheduled to use sick time. Feels like I’m getting treated like a middle schooler..

So far the only reason I’ve been told no is that “if you do then everyone will want to and then no one will be in the office” … how can I convince them that I work better out of the office and get this freedom & mental break for myself?
