Anyone else staring at their corporate counterparts continuing to hold 30 person Zoom calls with everyone on video? Do people really think this is *remotely* productive? To keep their “culture”?

Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does. Legally it seems, all employers are required to do so if we use our phone in literally any capacity (video call, slack, teams, emails etc). How prevalent is the issue of not reimbursing phone dues?
