Not sure what your goals are but I assume you want to build muscle. Push Pull legs split here. I was always told compound movements are key to really building a base. That consists of the bench deadlift and squat. And can even throw the shoulder press in there. You include those movements in each workout and throw some accessories you’ll be golden. Accessories include push-ups pullups tricep dips lat pulldown, bicep curls, row. You get the idea ? There are bunch.
