I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

Fishes, does anyone have insight to salary info for CVS Health in a Senior Manager Data Engineering position? The job description says anywhere from $95k-$209k which is a pretty big range. What is a closer range? Recruiter is starting out with $120k which sounds too low to me.

Hello! I’m looking to do a pivot from program management/ops at a non profit to project management (ideally tech). I have my CAPM cert but I don’t think my current role gives me actual PM experience. With people I’ve talked to they say tech companies want PMs with tech backgrounds. Entry level/associate roles seem far and few between in my research.

Anyone have tips on what I can learn to get me toward a PM role in tech? I want to look into Scrum, Agile, Lean. Anything else?

I have left with salary negotiation round with HR at kpmg, current package 14.7( 12 fixed + 2.7variable) in current company
If i wl leave now i am loosing 2.7 lakh variable pay of this year + 10-15 % annual hike which i will be getting in this financial end.

Hey everyone! I’m new here! I recently accepted a new position (three months ago) and I excitedly accepted the first offer of the salary not knowing allll of the responsibilities that came with this position. I have opened the door about renegotiating my salary for this position and my boss was open to it. What research can I do to see the salary ranges for this position? It’s as a cash application specialist. This positions duties were held by 3 people and is now combined into 1 role.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
