I’ve been in Enterprise SaaS sales for 5 years now and am considering a move into sales management at the same company I’ve been selling at. Is there a downside of moving into a mid market sales management? Say for instance I don’t like it and want to move back into an ENT IC sales role. Prior to the interviews (8 of them!) he said I was their top candidate so if the interviews went well I’d receive an offer. Was told that I received great feedback and should hear from them soon. Hi! I interviewed for an HRBP position and the interview process lasted 6 weeks. I met with several people within the company. I provided my salary range in my initial interview and it was in range. I was provided a verbal offer and it was at the bottom of my range. I negotiated a sign on bonus and then the hiring manager said they wanted to down grade the position to a AHRBP with the same salary and sign on. The in house Recruiter called last week that the base will now be 15k less. Thoughts?
