Anyone hiring for senior strategy roles in LA?

Has the client ever asked for you to be removed from a project? From the beginning I felt like I was put in such a horrible position / set up to fail by my own leadership, and raised every red flag. I tried SO hard. Never been in this situation before and just feeling very discouraged.

Planning to switch job and move to F/MAANG in a FP& A role or Finance senior manager or Corporate development or S&O team from Feb/March 2023. Have an international trip from Dec to Jan 2023. Should I start job applications and interview process now ? Will they wait till March if I want to join then ? Or should I start all this after coming back in Jan2023? Normally how long it takes from 1st round of interview to offer letter in finance roles in FAANG? How long they wait after releasing offer?

How much better are the exit opportunities for a big 4 TAS practices from MM firms? I’m not sure if I should wait around to see if another big 4 or A&M/Duff will respond to my applications as I am wrapping up my interview process with a couple MM firms (bdo, gt, rsm, cohn, etc.). I am currently an audit S2 at a big 4.

What are product managers titles that are responsible/accountable for the overall product business growth,revenue,GTM and quarterly business intelligence read outs. Role reports to head of business vertical and is specifically for a region/multi buyer personas. I am 👀 into roles where roles and responsibilities change from technical/agile methods to business owner. Roles I’ve found so far are called (below) but curious from others on titles
-commercial product manager
-business product manager

I really love my job and there is so much potential for my future in the company. I don’t see myself working anywhere else in the near future. However, I feel somewhat underpaid and cannot continue to work with my current salary due to inflation and life circumstances. On the other hand, I don’t think I have the capacity to take on more work in my role and be promoted unless I hand off some responsibilities, which I don’t see them doing. What would one do in my situation?
