6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?
