Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. I can see a non solicitation clause in my current employer's offer letter than I can't join client within 12 months of my termination.
