Anyone from Deloitte travelled to India for H1B stamping recently ? Who do I need to inform/get guidance ? What are the documentation’s I would get from Deloitte that are required/good to have for stamping ?

Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops. Does anyone have advice/ leads on what companies sponsor H1B? I just graduated with my MS in Data Science, have 3 years of UX/ PM experience, a BFA in Product Development, and a BA in Journalism. I have been looking since August and so far no offers/ companies ending the interview once they find out I need sponsorship down the line. I am wondering what I am doing wrong. What companies/ jobs should I apply to with my background?

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.

Hi! I recently switched to a new employer, who promised in writing on email that they’d start my GC process right after I complete 3 months with the firm. I’m currently on the 4th month and the process has not yet begun.
Please note that I have to give a couple of exams/certifications, one of which I failed very recently. This is keeping me from asking my employer about the GC process. Am I being irrational? Any advice or help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Scenario: US visa expired in 2021. Applied for a Canadian tourist visa to hopefully go for H-1B stamping in Canada once they open appointments.
Biometrics completed. Haven’t received any comm regarding my tourist visa approval. My partner already revived the visa long ago even if we allied together. Could it be because my US visa has expired? The reason I gave for applying for visitor visa was just for tourism purposes.
