Found out I got promoted to an S1 role.. with a 5% raise in a regional firm’s TAS/Valuation practice. Is it even worth negotiating a higher raise or should I just look elsewhere?

I have done masters in commerce and i have experience of 3.5 yrs working on support project related to Bloomberg fundamentals consultation with bare minimum package of 2.6 lpa as a ctc. Is doing some courses from after market such as power bi ,sql etc will help me to raise my package or should i switch by upscaling my skill or without it as environment is toxic and they will not let me grow.kindly share your insight to help me choose better career path.

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We have yearly reviews in December but no talks of raise have been discussed. Any help on approaching this to my boss?

My supervisor gave me 8hours of AWOL because I couldn't show up one day because I was under anxiety. I have gave him letters from psychiatrist,psychologist that I'm passing through this.
