Hello Fishes, I'm in my NP and lwd is sep 19th. I gave technical round for Accenture last week. It's cleared and same is reflected in Accenture portal. Even HR called and discussed about salary and offer negotiations. I agreed to the amount that she said. After that she told that i will have to attend a final Managerial round. But still she hasn't arranged it. When asked about it today, she said that she is looking for a interview slot with panelist. Anyone know what's happening in this case? Acce
Hi all,
I have two campus EY Deloitte on the table from Deloitte Tax (BTS), and EY Tax (DSG). Both are located in the SF Bay Area. Deloitte is paying 2k higher base and a 2k higher bonus.
I have to make my decision by the end of next week, so I’d appreciate some input and opinions on which offer I should take.
Amex offer-Manager-Risk Management.
Base: 30.5 LPA CTC: 36.5 LPA Experience: 5.2 yrs College: Tier 1
Current Profile: Senior Data Scientist
Amex people thoughts on this offer, as I have recently(4 months back) joined a startup with Base(33) and CTC(35.5) but not enjoying the work here. Amex brand tag and culture is good.
Hence, considering the offer, does this offer look good or is there any scope of improvement? Amex American Express

Well, depending on your level, business line, etc, I think it is fair to say that we are far better at recruiting than onboarding. So your mileage may vary. If we have the right opportunity and you know what to do with it, I think EY is a great foundation. But we will hire and then only talk to you again if your utilization and metrics suck.
I like your honesty EY 1. Are you a recruiter?
No, I was recruited though and then dropped into a morass and had to fight for work. Seen so many others too.
I completely agree with EY1. Onboarding for experienced hires is definitely not our strong point. It’s very much a “sink or swim” kind of thing when you start. Make friends at your level - they’ll be invaluable to you! If you’re willing to fight for the work you can do great, but if you’re hoping to be eased in gently then it’ll most likely be a disaster
