Anyone have any opinions on switching from EY to Deloitte? My background is in Environmental Engineering and worked in the field for almost 8 years now. Currently working at EY as a consultant. Looking to switch to Deloitte (also in consulting) and wanted to hear inputs. The new Deloitte role would be about 30-40% pay raise. Looking to hear more about differences in things such as culture, time off, compensation, etc. Any input would be appreciated.
