Anyone have experience getting upgraded on international flights on Delta for personal travel? Is it possible to use points to upgrade?

Points, yes.

D1... More details?

You cannot get upgraded on points on flights to/from Europe. I think maybe you can for some places though.

Global certificates if you are diamond.

I called and used points to upgrade. It was a lot, but worth it

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)
