Anyone have experience of getting a CPA statement of experience as a Deloitte alumni? Is it difficult to get one signed and sent?

Sometimes I wish I tried harder in high school, got into a top school and really started my career in something that allowed me to work towards something amazing. I’m content and get paid well, but I’m average. Kind of a sad realization

I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.

Is it bad to not respond to emails for jobs you aren't interested in?
