Yeah, a friend of my cousins uncles brothers daughter once worked there. Great work experience, shitty pay.

Know quite a few people who love it and are constantly recommending. Even some wicked smaht people who make a Lotta moolah

I have several friends who work there and seem to say the exact same thing. Although I do think that senior roles do pay a little more reasonably.

I know a handful of people there more in merchandising than A&F roles, but they would say the same thing. They like the company but the pay isn’t great

And good luck on your interview, friend.

My friend works there in a tech role tho. Pay is very decent for him there.

In a meeting I said, “creatives can be savages sometime.” because of their unruly behavior towards internal teams, pushing deadlines, or throwing tantrums. I was called out and chastised by a junior creative for using the word “savages” in an unacceptable manner because the word is slur to non-whites in a zoom meeting. I am a BIPOC creative. Am I the asshole?
