Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? Our company is considering offering 401K employer match. We are about 200 employees venture backed company. We have about 60% participation mostly the non HCEs and only some key employees contribute. We always pass top heavy test and wpassed the 2019 ADP/ACP test. We are aggressively hiring and project there will be increase in participation, particularly if we offer the match. Given this information would it make sense to continue with a traditional 401k plan or go with safe Harbor plan?

FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?
