Anyone have tips on quitting during maternity leave/not going back to your job?

I’m on mat leave for my 3rd and we decided to move closer to family (across the country) I’m in house under full RTO so I will have to quit and get a new job. I love my current job but not where we live and have no family here.

How and when did you give notice? I don’t want to give up any of my paid leave so was thinking of letting them know 2 weeks before the mat leave ends…

Does Singapore offer national healthcare services like in Europe? I am an expat and it seems to be that expats can only get business healthcare insurance

Anyone ever considered contractor gig in Meta/Facebook or any other big players in tech? I'm full-time in a smaller company and it's pretty stable. Wondering if the move could be worthwhile. Mostly want to explore other areas. Other things to consider: planning for babies in the next 3-5 years; maternity leave in current position is basically what's legally required.

Tips for someone that’s trying to get pregnant but struggling with fertility issues

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

But who should I ask advice on my 401k & IRA? I have no idea if I’m investing smartly. I have reviewed the Bogleheads’ Guide to Market Indexes which I feel is helpful so far. Is it a priority in 2022 to outsource or mitigate fiduciary liability in light of the excessive fee lawsuits hitting employers? Would a trustee committee for a 401k plan hire a third party cofiduciary to share that risk? Lastly, what additional compensation should the 5500 signor receive when asked to be the trustee for a retirement plan?

Currently, the data is arranged with the unique ID in Column A, and associated products in Column B. However, each product has its own row so company 1234 might have 5 rows and company 5678 might have 20. What I need to do is collect the product data for each unique company and put it into a single row, separated by a comma(s). I am at a crossroads, any suggestions?
