Anyone hear back after their first round Bain interview yet?

Rejected by google. Very depressed as was hoping to escape big4 consulting esp with all these h1b crap going on. Unsure of next move- hate going again on the interview treadmill which is depressing

Total newbie to working out: is it fine to start with a routine of 2 days of upper body, 2 days of legs, and 3 days cardio?
