However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected.
