I have an issue where right after moving to canada I have a wedding to attend in the US, visa appointments are impossible to get (current dates are 2026). What should be the salary for Manager / Sr Manager having 14+ yoe in project/product service operations? I am at 32 lpa which I think is quite low having worked with top consulting firms for close to 12 years.

The biggest problems with hotels is that they're not user-oriented when they think of where to place the toilet paper. It's always uncomfortable to reach for it.
