Most people would say yes, take it, and figure it out afterwards.
But what’s right for you? Your home situation, your current emotions health?
This industry is full of people who have. That’s why impostor syndrome is very real.
It is literally our profession to sell ourselves, it’s one of the ways of moving up aka failing up in this industry.
I would do it, you have plenty of resources externally to maybe even internally to figure it out. Maybe even look to get a mentor or some advice from experienced people in the same or similar roles.
Roll up your sleeves, be confident, do some extra side training and research, you deserve everything you get!
You might get imposter syndrome but know that you will figure it out, you will learn from your mistakes and move on. You are not the only one who went through the same situation.
If the people above you can do it, so can you. Most of us are just winging it, clients included.
Can you deliver? Don’t worry about being qualified. Can you do the work that is in front of you? Can you build the team needed? Are you excited to the work?
