Anyone here experienced a situation where you were excellent at product in a previous company but struggle to do product at a new or current company? I was a top performer previously and I had to switch jobs for a certain reason. Here I find that I just can’t think of anything or find anything to do product wise. I struggle to set strategy or think of big ideas and my pace is incredibly slow.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.
