My current company is going out of business next week. I am rushing to get my next job lined up (probably won’t happen in time but I’m trying my best). My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow? How long does it take to get a job , when you actively apply every day for weeks. Or better still how do I do it right?

I had my Technical interview with SALESFORCE on Dec2 for DevOps engineer - MTS . I haven't heard from them if I am selected or rejected. The career portal is still in " interview" status. HR won't reply. What to Do ? . How long will it take for Salesforce to conduct interviews??

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions.
