I am getting an offer from Nagarro as associate staff engineer.

My current CTC is 20,
Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

What is the minimum yoe required for associate staff engineer and staff engineer roles?

I’m looking for a new career post military. So, I’m thinking of being a Physician Recruiter. I have no idea where to apply or what the position entails. Can someone provide a little guidance? Do you know if they allow teleworking in this type of recruiting?
