We are buying a house and my knee jerk response was to look at a 30 year fixed mortgage (because that’s what I’ve always done). I realized last night that a 30 year mortgage might outlast me. Having a bit of an existential crisis now.

Guys, I had very less HRA for April 2022 till August 2022. I was showing 1 lac annual rent .I joined new organisation in sept and now HRA is 43000 per month. Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions.
