Anyone here who has done Crio.do programs and is currently placed at any company please share your experience and reviews here it would be very helpful because i am also looking to get into one and my current stack - j2ee + gcp, ctc - 5.5, 6 months @wipro working in cloud migration project and willing to switch into any product based with good increment . Crio.do people are providing gauranteed placement of 12 lpa and charging 2lakhs for the program .

Should I leave my company? Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times. We hit quote every month/q/year by a lot. I have several offers at double my OTE. Already asked what the timeline is for a new manager and I was told soon and I'm "up for consideration." Looking to make a jump in careers to another outside sales role and looking for 200k+ all in.

My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig. We want to find a career that allows her to work remote or that at least gives her a better work life balance so that she can see her kids grow up. Should she get certifications to give her a shot at adtech?Too late?
