Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? However, i have been contacted about a role at IQVIA for a new pure strategy internal group that they are standing up. It would be a 55% salary boost with director title and completely remote. Should I consider it? The salary increase and location flexibility are alluring.
