Applied for a job and the recruiter emailed me saying there’s a better fit based on my experience and shared the posting. I’m interested in the position, but what’s the best way to increase my chances of getting the interview? I’m planning to respond to the recruiter emphasizing my interest and stating that I applied. Any other recommendations?

NEED ADVICE...i have recently resigned from my organization as am looking to switch into an entirely different profile.I do have an offer in hand with almost 50% hike from current. While in notice period, my company has promoted me, offering almost same hike and promising me provide the role which i am looking for 'but it might not happen immediately and would take some time, till then i have to juggle both the work profiles' - as per my manager.

Please advice if i should stay back or leave.
