Another role just got posted that I think aligns better with my skill set and something I would definitely enjoy more. 

what should I do? I’m still in the running for the first job but it’s ridiculously slow due to the business team being small. Ideally I would like at least one of these two jobs

Is Integration Engineer position at Zoom worth joining coming from Software Engineer position?

I've done so well in this new role within the company that they are hiring another person to assist with what I do. I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I feel like I have settled down for a lower package and a lower designation. Is there anything that I can do in the current organisation that I’ve joined at a week back

I am joining Deloitte soon, before putting down my notice with my current employer the background investigation team informed me that except the current employer all elements are completed and finalized. Is it ok to put down the notice now or will there be any additional investigation that needs to be completed.
