Yep, was a power lifter for years then spent some time as an 11b. Slightly modified but his stuff is great, I do it as part of my warmup every day.
So I’m barely getting back into lifting and I got sciatica on my left side but within the last few weeks my right knee started really hurting and I tried some of his stuff yesterday. Definitely felt different. What do you do as part of the warm up?
Have to modify because of my ankle but yes, it’s legit. I also started BPC157 and barely have knee pain anymore. Have had 3 surgeries in one leg and almost pain free.
For sure. And to be clear, when I did it in my knee it was still subq but it’s not much fat down there so it was a shallow injection compared to the stomach. I’ve read different things that it doesn’t matter where you inject as long as you hit fat but my knee surgery scars healed in like 2 weeks while on it and even my surgeon was shocked
I used his standards program and post-practice standards program a few years back to fix knee pain. Worked and he had me record videos to ensure I was doing all the exercises correctly. No bad things to say personally
