So I need help again with this Covid pay! My firm basically took all my PTO and used it for my Covid pay, they said they are exempt from the law because they offer remote work. KPMG pays 401k contributions in a lump sum payment in February for the prior year, if you are still employed at the time.
I think a better way would be prorated deposits at every pay cycle.
