I have an offer from
Target Corporation -- TC 30LPA as a Sr. Engineer(Full stack)
And
Rubrik -- TC 30LPA + 750 RSUs as a Sr. Full Stack Dev

Really confused about where I should go,
Target tech stack - CQRS Java Spring boot microservices, React, Postgres, Mongo(The tech stack I am comfortable with)
Rubrik tech stack - Python Microservices, Postgres backend and Angular fronend.(The tech stack I have never worked with)

It comes down to Tech stack and WLB, Where should i join?

I have recently got an offer from sopra steria. They haven't mentioned about variable. Does it happened to anyone. Did they provide variable even when it is not mentioned in offer letter.

Does anyone know how it works if you have an Interview with someone who knows your current seniors in the team? Is there a policy where they can’t mention anything or does that not really exist?

After completing my course from Google i started applying for data analyst job but I'm not getting any positive response as such. I've decided to leave public for an Accounting Manager position in private. What are the different types of companies to consider and the pros/cons? What are the best ways to get the position? I'm leaning toward GL accounting at a publicly-traded company. My background is 3.5 years audit and 2.5 years technical accounting advisory.

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

In B4, I have ended up with 0% bonus in the bad years. Can Industry bonuses be that variable too?
