Anyone have any experience with high deductible insurance plans with a newborn? Trying to decided if I should add my newborn onto my HDHP (I've met my $2700 deductible through delivery but my baby will have his own $2700 deductible to meet). Alternatively I could add him to my spouses regular insurance with a lower deductible/higher premium.
Bad life Insurance ratings for adderall & other ADHD meds? Anyone see this or know which carriers are less stringent?

Just witnessed a mess on flight with flight attendants escalating a 2.5 year old not wearing a mask. We need to drop mask mandates for kids. It’s completely impractical and causing chaos for travelers and flight attendants. Europe is age 5 and that seems way more reasonable.
I am currently at a pharma/healthcare agency. Their policy for putting work in a portfolio site seems much more stringent than my past agency. Any insights on how people have handled showing this work to potential employers? Do you just make it password protected?
Every week I sit down and review my goals and priorities with a blank calendar. Health and my morning routine are my first priorities so if goes in the calendar first. Then my family, daily enjoyment/fun, and then my my most important income generating tasks. I used to allow work to come first, worked 70+ hours, now? I work about 25-30 hours and I’m on pace to double my income from last year. There is a better way.
Currently paying $80/visit for my therapist through Teledoc. Have Aetna EPO. Thinking about other options, but don’t want to lose my therapist. Options?
What’s the scoop on Hill Holliday Health?
Still live at home. My dad has a health condition that puts him in a lot of pain and restricted mobility (he can walk fine but not run or bend down). He's distant and doesn't share his feelings, probably out of love with my mom. My mom constantly seeks that validation she doesn't get from him and is sad most of the time. She also has to be his caretaker which can be emotionally taxing. I wanted to move out this Oct/Nov (turning 25) but I can't help but be sad at how I will be leaving them.
Anybody have a partner struggling with mental health issues? How do you manage? My wife has been diagnosed with mental health issues in the past, before I knew her. In the years that’s I’ve known her, 5+, they haven’t been significant up until more recently. I’m doing my best to support her, but sometimes I become a punching bag and it can be really hard to keep my cool. I’m in therapy, and she has also agreed to start therapy after having had some bad experiences with therapists in the past.
I did the best work of my career this year. But at the same time, I’m burnt out to the point where I’m disinterested in anything work related. How does one manage mental health in advertising?
Looks like instead of draining, he is filling the swamp. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/05/01/us/politics/trump-health-department-watchdog.html
Hi NoVa folks- I'm looking for a general doctor recommendation in the fairfax area. I recently moved here and looking for one in terms of annual health screening etc. For context, SO and I are in our early 40s.
What’s one area of your spiritual health that you’d like to see improved? Personally ’d like to be more disciplined in my daily Bible reading plan. Oftentimes I read through but don’t really absorb it or stop and really dive in on what I’m reading.
Sometimes I feel like I’m a consultant just to have company. My health suffers a bunch from the travel, bad food, and competitive environment, but if I got out at 5 daily, I’d go insane w loneliness.
Let’s rank the insurances based on campaigns: Allstate, GEICO, State Farm, American Family Insurance, etc. I’ll start: 1. The General
I find these discussions very interesting. At least from a European point of view, it's Democrats for the win (and yeah, Biden ist not the best candidate, but the lesser evil, of course). But then again, I guess we live in socialism.. I have to agree, it really sucks with everyone having health care, no one getting shot on streets or having to live on the streets...

Where is a new build???
Maybe this has been covered before, but I'm curious if being public makes ACN a vastly different place to work than a Big 4 or other private/partnership. Thoughts?
FUN: Are you working from home with pets / kids? Tell me something your kids/pets did, but call them your co-workers. (as seen on Twitter).
When a senior partner inserts a client’s son as an intern even though the interviewers unanimously rejected him. #consultingcronyism
So Deloitte is interviewing my ex-GF for my same group and location...what should I do?? I'm married now btw.
