Anyone join Microsoft consulting recently and want to share what the interview process was like? I have an interview coming up and was told it would be all behavioral with 1 interview being a conversation about technical skills. Is this truly how it works? And if your able to, can you share some the type of questions asked? I’m not sure if I should prepare for a whiteboard type of interview since it’s a technical role

They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
