I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!

So today was my first day on a stimulant (diagnosed as an adult), and everyone says its suppose to feel like *boom* magic, or normal (?) , I guess.
