I’ve had my eye on a “Delivery Transformation Change and Communications Consultant” position at Deloitte. Does anyone work here that could give some insight into this position/department or one like it? And is there anyone who has worked in marketing and shifted to communications/consulting…what are your thoughts on a career shift?

And what kind of questions will be asked..And i already told them that I'm expecting a 100% hike which is 7 lakhs/Annum. Was that too much? Any help would be appreciated ThanksEXL Service

Do you really want to work at Amazon? Their culture is burn and churn. It's worse than any agency. You're on a "trial" the first three months. If you make any mistake, they dock it from your pay. Their culture is to continuously write you up for any little thing, regardless if it's your fault or not. They say they're "documenting it for operations purposes" BUT what they're actually doing is creating a file on you.
If their hiring process is any telling, don't say you weren't warned.
Pay for linked in premium and dm the recruiter handling the roles you're into
Fastest way to talk to a hiring manager is to get referred. If you go the recruiter route, it can take forever!
👆holy shit.
I worked with 6 and they were all terrible. They just kept passing me to a different recruiter until I eventually was ghosted. One of them told me I had a second interview and they were going to fly me there, and then she said nevermind we hired someone else. Also, they were all unaware that I was talking to multiple Amazon recruiters and apparently that's not allowed... Overall it was disorganized and frustrating. However, I applied online without knowing any recruiters or anyone that worked there and got interviews for several different teams so I don't think it is that hard to get an interview.
Lol to the comments above. Amazon's interview process is extremely difficult. Culture isn't always burn and churn—depends on the team, department, etc. It's more like, bring good ideas to the table and don't get offended by blunt feedback. No sugar coating allowed and no red tape.
