How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Just based off of the size of each hiring class and annual attrition rates I’d imagine the answer would be somewhere between 1-2%
From what I can tell it’s based primarily on business need, i.e. there is a market that the existing partnership cannot adequately sell to. There are obviously exceptions to this, but the point is the numbers are likely very low and don’t actually tell the story of the path to advancement.
I am in an office that hires let’s say 35-40 per year (avg last 10-15) and we prob promote someone every 2 years. So I’d say of the staff that start it’s maybe 1/75.
Of senior managers - it’s probably 1/10 or so?
Numbers are skewed too tho. I started with ~100 people right out of grad school. What % of that start class will even be around for manager, SM, director? Then what % of the people that do stick around will make it? Well 1.5 years later already at least 20 people are gone. Potentially a lot more I just don’t keep up with everyone. By manager? Probably only 20-30% will still be around. If that. So realistically only 5-10% of a start class will even try to make partner. And that could be high
