I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year. My main goal with this is to ensure this looks good on my CV. My thought is a Product Manager role seems more senior to a product owner. Any thoughts on this and any advice on how to approach this? I’m not really into fiction, but open to anything. Last books I enjoyed were Junior and Moonwalking with Einstein, last podcast I binged was Startup (Gimlet).

Hello friends, looking at a JP opportunity and hopefully going into the offer process after today’s interview. What I need help is understanding the comp structure in non front office roles ? In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?
