I just came to realise Deutsche Bank has a fixed rule of max 30 to 35 % hike on fixed component and remaining 10 to 15% variable i.e. total 50% max hike you can ask for no matter how good, skilled you are.
Is it true?

SM (one level below AVP) range is 90K-130K. AVP salary can vary based on experience.
AVP at TD has a large range. Depending on experience and LoB and who your sponsor is it can vary from 130-200+K on base plus bonus and RSUs
I believe it’s more in the 25-40% range. Some get 2 bonus but the 2nd wouldn’t be that high plus RSU. Pretty good comp for AVP at TD but they are worked hard. I’m also hearing they might eliminate the AVP role. Too many AVPs at TD.
