How rigid are practice & office alignment at EY? Considering an offer in FSO Digital Strategy on the west coast, but want to understand how difficult it is to switch if I later determine there’s another practice more interesting to me, or if I’d want to move office locations. TIA!

Does FDD get easier the more deals you do? I’m on my first actual deal (first one was a partial due diligence and barely did anything) and sometimes I’m so clueless when management is explaining a schedule or a piece of support while my manager understands quickly and needs to explain it to me (I’m a staff 1).. thank you

How is the culture, decent folks or sharp elbows everywhere? Is the total comp as good as advertised or is this false advertising? Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?
