Anyone Suggest a way to switch From Network Security Engineer (YOE 3) to SOC Engineer

Anyone pursued a MSL in Taxation degree? Did it open up additional opportunities? Trying to get into tax planning/structuring but don’t have a JD (not interested in practicing law). Currently CPA/MST.

I am a SAP developer with around 10+ yrs of exp. I want to move into product management, can anyone here guide me how to make that shift , what all skills I need to learn , do I need to have some certification from any B school ?

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department. The big guys at the top has expressed they could see me as the guy to run the company one day but it’s all talk and possibilities right now. I’ll have to wait for now. On the other hand, I have an offer in hand from a much bigger company to be part of their business development. Any advice?

I want out of healthcare so badly but as the sole wage earner in my family I cannot afford to start over in an entry level role in a new industry. It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr).
