I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? Actually I am not much interested to go back to office as of now may be in february it will be fine for me

I’ve done both. It kind of depends on what you need from therapy. If your situation needs cognitive behavioral therapy and helping you adjust internal perceptions and thoughts, online works pretty well. You’re basically just talking out your take on the situation, questioning the assumptions you make regarding it, and challenging those assumptions. But if you need something like dialectical behavioral therapy to help with emotional regulation and processing, it really helps me to have someone in the room.
I don’t respond well to online anything, (therapy, teledoc, class…) but I know people who do fine.
There are a lot of things I will do online, but mental health therapy is not one of them. I need that personal contact, that eye-to-eye connection. Heck, I've even done telemedicine visits with my GP -- but at least I have met him in person. Telemedicine just means he can ask me what I think the problem is and prescribe something for me over the computer screen instead of in person. I think the whole point of therapy would be lost in an online setting. For me, I'd rather trust the dog.
I've done health coaching online, but for mental health, online doesn't seem at all that it would solve anything.
I have often wondered if this would be a good thing for me.
I have. That is actually how I found my therapist and I see her every week. I think that everyone should do therapy because its just so good for everyone. It really had made a huge difference fo me.
