My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I do everything well at my job except for attention to detail within my excel files & emails. Will taking ADHD medication really fix this? Does anyone else have this issue and was it resolved by taking medication?

I found a place with great reviews to be diagnosed for ADHD, but it’s through virtual appointments, is this a normal thing?

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. Hi, what’s the premium processing cost for I-140? I have more than 2 years left on my H1 so PwC is not filing for my premium processing but said I could pay for it out of pocket. I reached out to my old ADON to get some information on where we had our vaccinations from and she told me that I should come back and the administrator that I had issues with is gone. I believe that I am being blocked from my transfer even though my manager approves it on paper. Is there any way I can find this out.
