Anyone wear their baby to/during the JP Morgan corporate challenge 5k?

My husband said he would buy me a Rolex as a “push present” for our first child. I would want just a classic, timeless (no pun intended) looking ladies Rolex watch that I can wear for many years to come. Suggestions on a style? I really don’t know anything about them and would like to get some opinions on what people like since there are so many options.

I lived in tampa in my early 20s and am now in my late 30s and looking to move back. One of the reason I left is because I felt I had too much energy for the city for a single young professional, but now husband is from there and we have a kid but we are both social people. Has anyone heard or experienced going on maternity leave, then leaving shortly after returning? I'm hearing from my husband's company if he takes pat leave, and leaves shortly after returning, he'd have to repay the wages paid while out on leave. Is this only for pat leave and the person who gives birth wouldn't have to pay back as it's technically disability pay? Trying to weigh my options as I want to get out of my company, but want the mat leave first.

How much parental leave does your company offer to employees? Please include location, size of company and type of business. We are a SaaS company in NYC with 60 employees. We give 16 weeks paid for “primary caregivers “ and 6 weeks for “secondary “ caregivers. I want to advocate for everyone to get at least 12 weeks.

People that have small children - how do you deal with your child’s stress and separation anxiety when you go to work? My 4-year old goes berserk almost every day at some point relating to me having to work. The worst part is that I’ve been working from home bc of Covid and I’m literally just walking upstairs after giving hugs and kisses and saying see you soon 800 times. My spouse is a stay at home parent, but that doesn’t seem to matter to my son. A piece of me dies everyday because of this.
